With nearly 169 years of combined experience, the Design Gallery staff is at your service to assist you through the decision making process. Our goal is to maximize your project satisfaction and partner with you in achieving a great result.

Cindi Ernsthausen, Interior Design, 36 years. From home sales to interior design Cindi has spent her entire career in the industry. Has a degree in Interior Design.

Chris Thornberry, Design Gallery Manager, 17 years. . Graduate of Miami University, Chris has spent the last 16 years managing businesses that provide products for the home. He joined the Gordon Design Gallery in 2009.

Connie Nowak, Kitchen Designer, 24 years. Worked in general building product sales prior to specializing in kitchen design with Gordon Lumber the past eight years.

Julie Franks, Kitchen Designer ,21 years . Julie has been in the building industry since 1990 starting at Furrow Bldg Materials, doing such jobs as cashier, courtesy booth, office, counter sales, outside sales person, and kitchen sales. She has been in kitchen sales and design since 1998 with Furrows and with Gordon Lumber, since 2001, designing kitchens, including assistant manager.

John Waterbury, Building Product Specialist, 35 years. Graduate of Michigan State University John has worked the majority of his career in building products as a contractor sales rep. The most recent fifteen years specializing in windows and doors.

Denise Alt, Kitchen Designer ,3 years. Denise brings to the Gordon Design Gallery a strong customer service background of twenty plus years in corporate and retail business. The second half of her career has been focused on the elements of design and consulting, with a natural eye for the latest trends in color and fashion for the home.

Bill Ward, Kitchen/Building Product Specialist, ,33 years. Bill has been providing solutions for kitchen and baths in the home for 32 years and joined the Gordon Design Gallery in 2010.
